i have three chars over 1 year now and i got on my ranger she has a present (got jade armor) then i check my warrior i have nothing, checked my monk i have nothing? do you get them once per account or per character???

One per character on their birthday, or shortly afterwards.

The birthday presents are for each character on or within a few days of their birthday (creation date). Due to the large number of players now it muight be a few days on occasion.

Have you typed /age to make sure they've hit the 12 month mark?
